I booked a duo massage session for me and my friend for her birthday. When we arrived I was told that it is only possible to do one massage and the other person gets a free water bed session. While it is nice they suggested a free treatment, it is still really bad experience because 1) I was not notified in advance and had to deal with the situation on the spot when we already arrived 2) We couldn’t have a nice spa day together on a birthday day.

Booking problems:
- Booking system bad, booking only available 2 weeks in advance.
-Originally booked for 3 massages on March 30th, received a call on March 29th ~5 pm that they were canceled due to staff shortage.
- Rebooked for May 4th- but instead of 45 min massage we were booked for 30 min:( May 3rd
-Impossible to reach out to anyone to talk over the phone and no reply to email.
Not the quality of service expected from Rituals.
