What a bad experience, the customer service lacks in every way. Told them I was pregnant on forehand and that was totally okay. When I arrived, they told me they couldn't give me the massage I want because of the pregnancy. I told them I would like a voucher for later in time. But, I had to spend my money at that same moment because they had 'busy schedules'. I got the worst massage ever, still had to pay a big amount for less time and the massage I didn't want. I dont recommend this place!

Heerlijke facial gehad van Floor, inclusief nek en schoudermassage. Floor neemt de tijd als je vragen hebt maar laat je ook heerlijk indutten als je geniet van de gezichtsbehandeling

I really liked the environment of the House of Rituals body spa. I had a good time taking care of myself and experimenting the Rituals products on our treatment.
You can also have a discount to buy some products after the treatment
