Ontspannende behandeling met goede uitleg over welke producten gebruikt zijn. Ik zou het volgende keer zonder hoofdmassage reserveren om ultieme gevoel van rust te behouden.

Booked a manicure the day before my appointment, I booked the hand spa treatment (which should have been a full manicure for the price), the lady doing my nails was unfriendly, Once she started on my nails she then halfway tells me polish isn’t included which was an extra apparently. I was shocked, paying 35 just for a quick file and hand cream was ridiculous so she let me off this time. Having said that she made me uncomfortable told me she doesn’t know how to apply french tips then made me choose a colour which also didn’t suit her, on application she struggled and I am in no way happy with my nails(chipped and very messy)!! Later when i went to pay her other colleague was making me pay €48 for a bad job rushed manicure. In no way was I told I had to pay extra this time for polish. Absolutely shocking service and manicure, certainly a very unhappy customer and won’t be returning or recommending to anyone!!
