I walked in and had to wait 20 minutes to get on the chair - my haircut didn't even start until 20 minutes after my appointment (which was scheduled to take 40 minutes btw). With no hi or hello, the hairdresser asks what she can do for my hair. I explain how I'd just like a trim and a reshaping of my bangs - no layers, no new shape, etc. and she agrees. She brushes my hair out and cuts it dry, even after I lightly suggest to wash it first, and starts cutting off CHUNKS. She ends up cutting off length that took over a year to grow out, adds layers, and thins out my hair completely. Then, during my hair wash (after the cut) they did not brush my hair, meaning that it was diffused fully tangled. After I first left the studio, I was hoping that maybe it's just the way they styled it that made my hair look so short, but after going home and washing it myself, it seemed just as bad. I then proceeded to give a low review on treatwell, which is where I booked, to which the salon then marked me as a "no show" to my appointment (like I don't have a credit card charge and pictures of me in the salon 😆) which I am currently appealing. All in all, horrible experience, and I think the salon and hairdressers ought to be ashamed of themselves.

My only go to for a nice hair cut. Having been visiting this place for over 1.5 yrs straight now, I can highly recommend this place.

When asked what I wanted, I was given good advice on how it would work for my hair, she did a great job and I’m super happy with my haircut! Felt at ease and relaxed in the salon. Would definitely go back.
