As soon as you arrive, your mind gets calmer: the studio, the smell and the music already made me feel at ease.
Elena is such a talented and passionate therapist, she focused on the areas I mentioned during the intake and already after few deep breathe, my spine was lengthening and the whole system softening.
As soon as I got up, I felt relaxed and a more space in my body and mind.
