About Me
I’m a body therapist, movement practitioner, and certified sports trainer with over 18 years of experience helping people reconnect with their bodies. My work blends anatomical knowledge, fascia therapy, and intuitive touch—bringing together traditional wisdom and modern techniques.
My journey has taken me across the world, where I trained in:
* Deep Tissue & Myofascial Therapy – Russia
* Thai Massage & Thai Yoga – Thailand
* Ayurvedic Massage & Meditation – India
* Prenatal Bodywork – Hungary
In Turkey, I collaborated with clinics and hospitals, supporting women before and after childbirth alongside obstetricians—an experience that taught me the importance of care, trust, and presence.
Now based in Utrecht, I offer personalized sessions designed not only to release tension and restore balance, but also to create space for deeper relaxation and self-awareness. Whether you’re seeking deep tissue relief, pregnancy support, or a unique signature treatment, each session is tailored to meet your individual needs.
Specialties:
Deep Tissue • Myofascial Therapy • Pregnancy Massage • Signature Massage
