I'm very disappointed with my appointment on 7th August. The master I went to doesn't work there anymore so I chose another master. I informed her in advance that I have very straight eyelashes. However, my previous master did a fantastic job so I was sure there will be no issue. After the procedure was done, I looked in the mirror and didn't see much change. So we did the treatment again and again the effect was barely visible. The master told me that she made it natural as I have straight lashes. But she never asked about which effect I want and didn't say during the procedure that smth is going wrong. Closer to the evening I already had almost straight eyelashes like I haven't done any procedure at all. That's very disappointing taking into account the results which I had during the first visits. I didn't wet them, I didn't go to sauna, it's not my first time so I know that they need careful treatment. But they already looked bad after the treatment.
I would like to have a full refund. I can send the pictures of how they looked yt after the treatment and which results I had during the first treatments.
