First, the woman washing my hair pulled it very strong and hurted me. Then she didn’t check the water before and it was way too hot.
Secondly the man who cut my hair didn’t do what I asked for. I asked for curtain bangs and specifically told him I didn’t want layers. In the middle of the haircut I noticed something was not going as I asked so I confirmed again that I wanted curtain bangs. The result was no curtains bangs and layers in the front. He just told me there is nothing he can do now.

The salon was busy and it was my first time going. I was a bit confused about how their system works, but caught on after a while. The rappers are always busy and work fast. If you aren't sure what you want, you'd better think about it first before going to get your hair cut. I was doubting at the beginning how I wanted my hair cut, but then decided I wanted it short like the kapper himself. After 15 minutes I started seeing how it would look in the end and I was very satisfied with the result.
