I had an appointment at 10:30. They opened the place at 11:00AM, no one even told me they were gonna be late. My appointment was with Kim, but someone else did the nails, he didn’t even paint them well

I requested Kim to do my nails because I've had issues with the past with other techs and Kim wasn't even there that day I got some other person. She filed my real nail at an angle after applying the BIAB. The gel coat on top is thin and already wearing after less than a week. They over booked themselves again so there are always impatient people waiting while you get your nails done.
