My appointment started 30 minutes late. The technician rushed through the service and finished in about 15 minutes. It was messy and had to be redone, but I’m still not happy with the result. The polish is uneven and the nails were filed crooked. Very disappointing.

Appointment was 30 mins delayed as they had clearly over booked. I didn’t get Kim I had prepaid for a gel nails manicure, but was made to pay extra when there as they said the manicure part was extra. Not a great experience and wouldn’t recommend.

The pedicure felt very rushed and I had some bleeding that the nail artist just painted over and ignored... did not feel very sanitary to me
