very nice although i was a bit late. great nails especially because mine are difficult to treat (grow downwards and sideways)

The older man who did my nails ripped my skin off, put gel polish all over my hand, used a device that ripped my skin off to clean it. Left halfway and let the younger man do the nails, he double filed my nails only on one hand and left. The older man was back and said he will only paint if I choose a different colour.
Merry was lovely to help and apologise but it was too late. My nails were painted rough, I have pictures of it, wrong colour, 2 of the men talking continuously at me and didn't give me a chance to respond. And my skin is damaged! I spent over 3 hours for BIAB and gelpolish.
I've been a loyal customer for over 3 years but this experience was horrifying. I hope there is some action against such behaviour in the salon.

Niet goed , acryl was niet zo leuk .
Een nagel zoals geen andere .
De kieren aan de zijkanten bleven ongeschilderd.
