I've been a customer for over a year now but yesterday my experience was bad. The first lady who helpt me was very nice and sweet. She had to help someone else and she told her coworker that I wanted biab and a gel color. Unfortunatly this lady had other plans. Without telling me she started another treatment with building gel, because she wanted to and she thought it was better. When I told her I didnt want the treatment and I wantedBiab she was annoyed and took of the building gel with al lot of force. She hurt my fingers! She did a good job on the biab but she wasnt nice and seemed annoyed to do what I came for. When it was time to pay she left me at the register and took on another client. It wasnt the eperience I'm used to, to bad, dont know if I want to come back if the same lady will help me.
