It was a lady stylist and she was not able to communicate in English with me, also when I asked for examples of hairs in real demo/ dolls , there was nothing. I blindly have to believe her what colour my hair is going to end up with. If i would have seen a sample colour is real i would have chosen something else. Though the colour she chose for me is fine, but may be i would have chosen a less light colour
