Ik ben heel tevreden met mijn afspraak met Fatima. Mijn haar ziet er ( nog ) fantastische uit!

Overall I liked the colour result I received and Fatima worked very hard to achieve it. But would not make this salon my regular. Fatima is on her own so it is quite a lot for her to do, tend to store customers, and at the same time work with my hair. The advertisement/description for Lilou salon included advice of home care, hand massage and hair/scalp massage but these were all omitted. I have long hair, but I felt it was not very carefully treated - I was a bit tence, it got tangled and pulled quite a bit. The price is a lot higher than I anticipated or that was quoted on Treatwell booking.
