Staff are polite and friendly, but the experience had a few downsides. I waited nearly 20 minutes and while the wait was acknowledged, nothing was done to make up for it. At €45, the pedicure is on the pricier side, especially without including regular nail varnish (which they don’t offer at all), only shellac, which I find damages my nails. Nice atmosphere overall.

When I first sat down, the nailist was a newcomer and made a mistake with my order, but then other staff members worked together and handled the situation courteously. It was clear that the staff members had good relationships with each other.
