The salon called to say the pedicure chair was broken and asked me to come 15 minutes later. I did and still waited 40 mins from my original time. I grew out my toenails for a wedding and the person cut them to the max without asking me. They now hurt and are filed wonky. I wasn’t asked if I liked the colour or shape. They forgot to add the hard gel I paid extra for. They gave me a handcream as an apology for waiting and a discount code for next time. I wanted a nice pedicure experience.
