Very kind and dedicated team that took extra care that it turned out well. Ambiance was fine. Hygiene maybe a little doubtful but I am overall quite happy with my manicure and shellac nails.

Absolutely disappointing. The girl removed my semi-permanent gel with such force that it was painful. After that, she filed my nails in a completely unacceptable way, to the point that I had to fix them myself at home. At the end of the treatment, she didn’t even apply hand cream. Overall, the service was extremely poor, with no professionalism at all.
I had been here once before, and although I wasn’t thrilled, the service was at least acceptable. Today they really hit rock bottom. Unfortunately, in Amsterdam it seems almost impossible to find a nail salon with a good balance between quality and price.

Was asked to come in earlier than booked but didn’t manage this fully, so the treatment was rushed and done nearly in half of the usual time. The overall biab is ok but could have been more precise and more gentle.
