The lady used a harsh file to remove the biab from my nails and I tried to tell her to slow it down and not remove too much of my natural nail. She did not understand me. It would hurt if I put it under the hot lamp.
She thought I was afraid of the file. She kept on repeating that. I kept explaining that this was not the case. I have been doing my nails here for almost a year and was always treated kindly. This lady kept on pulling my fingers for no reason. She wasn't nice to me, although my nails were done well. I just decided to relax and let het finish the job
There was a lot of nail polish on my fingers afterwards. I had to keep asking her to remove another spot. She could have decided to do it herself. I am quite disappointed and do hope there will be another person helping me next time.
