Very well done. Just not very sure about whether the tools are cleaned after every use. But the team is quite good at what they do and a clean output

The first time was great, but this time they completely filed my nails on the sides which hurt a lot, and they thinned out what my nails look like in not a good way. They also chipped one of my real nails below the extension.

Worst salon experience I’ve ever had. The listing clearly said waxing/threading was included, yet they still overcharged me. What was supposed to take 45 minutes dragged into 90. The place was filthy, smelled awful, and made me feel sick. On top of that, there was zero communication throughout. When I tried to raise my concerns, the staff were dismissive and argumentative. Absolutely unacceptable.
