Very disappointed with my experience. I spent over 14 hours at the salon for highlights. The bleach was applied twice, and when my hair was rinsed, large sections had broken off. Other parts were extremely thin, stretchy and sticky. My hair was severely damaged and the color was not what I asked for. She offered a treatment the next day, but I was in shock and did not feel comfortable returning. She blamed me for not letting her finish. I have photos and videos of the damage.
