The service was good, but unfortunately they were not transparent with the price until last minute. I booked online with a coupon, which gave me 25% percent discount and was confirmed in my reservation. Then, at check out they said that this had been a mistake from their side, that unfortunately the coupon should have been valid only for hair cut. So they charged me full price. This is lack of transparency. It was not my mistake so the discounted price should have been respected. Otherwise, at least this should have been notified to me BEFORE receiving the service. Otherwise, I wouldn´t have booked for this price.
Unfortunately, I probably won´t come back for this reason. Even though the place is nice and looks professional.
