The cut was fine but I had the feeling I couldn’t ask for anything too specific or different. I asked for wavy hair products but they put so much heavy product in it and diffused the life out of it with no heat protectant. I looked like crunchy Weird Al Yankovic :( (I washed it out when I got home)
