I booked 2x treatments, one after the other. then the spa called me to say that one of them got cancelled by a system error and that I needed to pay at the reception. for this reason I didn't get my Treatwell points... then the second treatment was cut short by about 20 minutes. considering a couple of hiccups and we just wanted to relax, we've decided not to complain.
