I had a nice facial experience at this place. She is so nice and gave me an advice on how to take care of your face. She was very easy to talk to. I like her because she did not sell me anything. The place is cozy and clean. I like that they are using organic products as well. I would definitely come back again for another treatment.

I was scared to go, with all the reviews. But it was great! New salon, with opening phase challenges, now with a good team feom what I saw. But definitely pulling through... recommend!

NEVER AGAIN. This company is a fraud! Let me tell you about my very recent experience with Melife&Smile (located at Laan van Meerdervoort 189A, The Hague). When I went there for my appointment last tuesday 14th of May 2019 that I booked through the website (I purchased through Groupon), and perfectly on time, the place was closed. It's a long corner shop and half of the inside of the salon is visible through windows. There was no one inside. Front door was locked. There was no doorbell, so I knocked and also called 'anyone there?' through the mail slot in the front door a few times. Then I tried to call them by phone. The telephone number on the website didn't work (call gets disconnected immediately after dialing). (Actually I called this number before when I made the reservation to ask something and the same thing happened. At that moment I just figured they were closed or something but didn't try at a later moment). So standing outside the shop, thinking what to do, I sent an email notifying them I was waiting outside the salon (knowing that would probably be useless). Then I saw another phone number on their leaflet through the window, so I called that, no answer. When it connected to voicemail, I left a voicemail expressing my not so positive feelings at that moment. So to sum up, I spent 20 mins in front of the shop, walking up and down from front door to back door, calling, knocking, mailing. Then I left. It is almost a half an hour drive from where I live so in total I wasted almost 1,5 hour which was supposed to be a 1,5 hour of a relaxing massage experience. After this ridiculous situation I surely expected an apology and refund offer by email or telephone. 2 days have passed, still nothing. Today I called the number from the leaflet again, no answer. DO NOT BOOK THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY!!!!
