Dealing with a body with a lot of challenges since childhood I've seen my share of therapists. James is at the top of them. Not your standard massage, finding the sore spots, his calm movements made it possible to go deep into the tissue and gave it the time to relax. Most important was my body awareness afterwards, helped by his tips and tricks for stretching. After a few days he even texted me how I was doing. I can highly recommend!

Really good, totally recommended. With James you don´t only get a great massage but you learn how to avoid getting (in my case) your neck and shoulders stuck. He gives you personalized tips and stretching exercises that will help you soften up.

I had a couple of sessions with James and it was a really good experience! I was looking for someone that could find my trigger points and release muscle knots and I definitely felt much better. Besides that James was very interested in my health condition and he gave me good tips and I'm paying more attention to my body now.

I had been suffering from a leg injury for three years. After seeing a couple of doctors, I decided to contact James. I did 3 sessions with him, my pain is finally gone.
