Great atmosphere and spa facilities. Very relaxing

Massage was nothing special-was surprised it was part of the unisex changing room so you can hear the sound of other customers talking when you are inside the massage room. Good to be able to use the facilities since it is quite a high price to pay for. Steam room was not working so only had the pool and sauna. The staff kept asking if i'm going to pay even before we had our massage. I ended up paying again despite already paying via Treatwell. They have not sorted out how to refund me yet at this point of writing.

Coming to the Nagomi spa is a real treat. I love the calm atmosphere and friendly staff, and being able to use the whole fitness centre (pool, gym, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi) when you book a treatmet is a huge plus. For the treatment itself, my massage therapist was really great and super attuned to my needs, asking questions and adjusting the treatment accordingly. Thanks so much Wendy :)
