I was 5 minutes late to the appointment and she spent the entire appointment complaining about it. When I mentioned I wanted 3 nails painted pink and 2 painted white, she told me that's "nail art" because opening another bottle takes extra time. The manicure is also very bumpy and when I mentioned this, she said "your nails are bumpy" which is not true. I've never had bumpy nails before. The nail polish around the nail bed looks sloppy and uneven. Avoid this place if you want a good manicure.

Ellaine is the best! I have never had a better nail artist, very professional and my BIAB never chips whatsoever. She is very lovely as well!

Dit was mijn aller eerste keer bij een nagel studio. Ellaine was super lief en legde mij van alles uit als ik vragen had. Ook stelde zij mij op me gemak. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar ❤️
