The removal itself was fine, but I also asked for my nails to be clipped and shaped, and the lady doing it was filing them like a horse's hoof! rough, careless!
I could have overlooked that if the result had been decent! but the nails were uneven, different lengths! I asked for an almond shape, yet some of the tips weren't even centered.
To top it off, she asked me for €10 at the end. I had already paid €15 online, and she was unaware of it. So where exactly did the other €5 go?!

Good service and helpful, but the smell of acrylic is toooo strong, needs better ventilation!
