On Monday (11th) I had a Hollywood waxing. Actually not finished waxing... The no-hair studio seemed nice at the beginning. The lady was quick and professional, but unfortunately I completely changed my mind next day. I noticed hair, which shouldn't be. Not like 4 or 5, but more in couple of places. Because they are open on Monday and Thursday, I call the studio in the morning on Thursday, so I could come over before Valentines. Well, the lady told me that they are full and she can make an appointment the other day. It is unprofessional! The waxing is not treatment that you are doing one day and finishing week later... It could took maximum 5 minutes. I'm not paying 35 euro to end up finishing their work by myself at the Valentine's Day...

It was my second time with bikini waxing, but first in this studio. Before the appointment I was thinking how painfull it will be, but it wasn’t so bad. The lady was professional, kind and she was trying to keep me focus on something else. I didn’t even notice when we finished. For sure I will make another appointment.
