When I came in the salon, I stand there for 5 minutes and had to go upstairs to say ‘hi, can someone help me’. After the treatment I asked her to correct the shape a bit at one part and immediately she was trying to defend herself that she didn’t pull out hair at that part. That is not what I said, I just want have something corrected so stop repeating that 10 times and make me feel like I am dumb. Saying that I have difficult eyebrows and trying to sell me other treatments - definitely a no go.
