I’ve been coming to this salon since January. With Victoria, it was always perfect. But with Alina it’s different.
She told me to book Nail Extension instead of just French, I have been doing for months,saying the owner was unhappy I booked just French before. But she forgot to mention Nailart, so I didn’t get what we discussed
They also joke about clients, especially if they don’t speak Russian. This attitude completely ruins the salon experience, and now I regret recommending it to my collegs

Very welcoming shop with a professional beautician.
I only recommend reviewing the chair where eyelash and eyebrow treatments are performed.

The nails are great but the unprofessionalism is through the roof. I am from Eastern Europe and could understand how Anastasia was talking and making fun about my hands with her colleague and then later also complained all Unhappy about next incoming client almost cursing her stepping through the door. Unprofessional to the max.. won’t be returning just for this even though salon is close to my home and the nails are great..
