Pedicure started late, polish options were very limited and low-quality (the red shade was dried out). Service felt rushed, and no drink was offered to me though others received one. The pedicure itself was good, but the overall experience lacked.

Either my expectations were too high or the review does not match the reality. Since it was my first time, I wasn’t really sure what to expect and would have appreciated more communication. Instead, I ended up with a gel polish and was charged for the biab manicure (which i found out later on). The atmosphere also felt a bit tense, which made it less enjoyable. I think with clearer explanations and a friendlier approach, the experience could go better.
