I’ve been coming to Ojai for a few years now, and it has truly become my safe space—not just because of the calm and beautiful salon, but because of the incredible team. Alisa, Veerle, Sara, and Nelly have supported me on my skin journey with such care and a holistic approach.
The facials are always done with high-quality products, and they offer personalized advice to support both my skin and overall well-being. During my last visit, Sara noticed my stress levels and went above and beyond, giving me extra care beyond my usual detox facial. I’m so grateful for this team—thank you all! <3

I had an absolutely blissful massage with Nely, and it was one of the best self care experiences I’ve ever had! I’ve only had a couple of massages before, but this truly stood out. Nely made me feel incredibly comfortable, relaxed, and cared for throughout. She really knows what she’s doing! I would highly recommend OJAI, and especially Nely - she was fabulous.
