I've been following the personal training with Joel at Personal Performance Training for about 3 months. When i first started the training, even though not being overweight, I was not a fit and strong girl. I wanted to improve my strength and endurance, wanted to change my bad eating habit and gain more energy. Joel is a passionate and knowledgable trainer, he knows where and when he can push me beyond my limits. He also gives me useful tips regarding diet to help me overcome the bad eating habit. After 3 months, I already feel the differences in my strength and endurance as well as my energy level. My body also tones up evidently. I'm very happy with the progress and will continue the training with Joel to become a better version of myself regarding fitness.
