Always a pleasure to visit Phann Beauty. The massage was the best yet with personalised attention to my sore spots. The shellac is always good quality but this time the polish is chipped just 5 days in.

This was my second visit here and they really worked with me to figure out the best shellac for my nails (I have very oily nails) and then Fatima did a nice job of cleaning and prepping my nails to be sure the shellac stayed on better this time. I went with a friend and they took care of us together so we could sit and chat. We were both really happy with the results! Really neat and clean and exactly the shape I wanted. Plan to book again ASAP for a pedicure. Highly recommend!

I’m a regular with manicures, so...great as always. Really appreciate the care and time that Vanessa takes. First time for a back neck and shoulder massage. Very good & relaxing - just what I needed! The room is really bright - which can be nice. I think a dimly lit room might also be calming...personal preference, I guess. One tiny thing to point out - be more specific with the drink offered after the massage. I wasn’t sure if I should wait or get dressed and go out. I waited a bit but decided to get dressed and go to the waiting area, where indeed my water was waiting.
