I can recommend this salon to anyone who's looking for a personal treatment in a comfortable environment. Vanessa really makes you feel welcome and is a true professional.

A very nice place, run by a professional. It's clean and quiet and runs during different hours, including Saturdays. I highly recommend it.

Professioneel, vriendelijk en heeft echt verstand van je huid.
Een oase in de stad. Eenmaal binnen voelde ik me direct op me gemak en kwam helemaal tot rust en de behandeling was nog niet eens begonnen :-p
Heb een facial gedaan en mani(shellac). Me gezicht voelt super glad uit en fris. En nageltjes zijn perfect.
Kom zeker terug - blij dat ik nu een adres heb gevonden waar ik weet dat ik goed zit.

Bad experience from all angles:
* The place itself is a bit strange, I arrived right on time but had to wait almost 15 minutes downstairs in an external-party meeting room for her to be ready. That means: my treatment started late because of her, but she did not make up for the time (details to follow).
* Then I was rushed into the real Phann room, literally rushed. She even mentioned how we had to be quick because we did not have a lot of time before her next client. That is: you as a client are worth kinda zero, the point is to squeeze in a day as many clients as possible. And if she is late, she will shorten your treatment (more on that below)
* My treatment was supposed to last 45 minutes, but she only gave me 32, of which 10 I spent alone with a mask on, listening to her run around the room and wash stuff. In other salons you are never left alone like that, and if you have a mask on, then you get feet or hands massage in the meantime.
* She didn't work much on me to be honest, and instead spent time preparing her next appointment, we were not even finished and she was on the phone with her next client.
* The place was a bit cold, and she does not offer you the normal blankets other salons have in order to make you feel comfy in said circumstances.
* The treatment itself was, again, 13 minutes shorter than I paid for, she did not apply vapor to open pores, neither spent time on my neck.
* When we were finished, she rushed me out so I had to organize my hair and finish putting on my shoes and jacket right at the door. Very uncomfortable. Again: you are rushed, there is zero relax and comfort.
I disliked this experience and would never go back to Phann. She is nice, but her service has lots to be improved on. A non-welcoming, stressful environment with no client experience focus.

Wederom genoten van een heerlijk ontspannen pedicure! De eigenaresse Vanessa is zeer deskundig, gezellig om mee te kletsen en neemt de tijd om alles tot in de puntjes te verzorgen. Ik kom zeker weer!
