I booked a haircut, beard trim, blow-dry, and hot towel with a specific barber, but was switched on arrival without notice or explanation. The barber was friendly and I have no issue with him personally. However, several parts of the booked service were not provided, including the hot towel and hair wash. The haircut also wasn’t fully in line with what I asked for, as more length was taken off than intended. Unfortunately, I paid for a full package but did not receive the full service I booked.
