I've never felt so mistreated by a hairdresser before. He hit my head with the razor with so much force and speed that it actually hurt. I have very sensitive skin. It's a miracle I walked out without an injury. At one point, he answered a phone call and just kept cutting while on the phone. The whole time I felt like he was in a rush to get it over with. Well, halfway through, so was I.

I think the scissors used were old or not sharpened because my ends are very split and look quite damaged, even more than before the haircut.
