The staff is friendly, and the place is clean. However, I am not entirely satisfied with the eyelash lift. Before the procedure, I made it clear that I have hooded eyelids and didn't want my lashes to be overly curled. Unfortunately, they are now touching my eyelids. After contacting the staff, I was advised to apply oil, they assured me that the curl should relax in a few days. While it did improve, it's not perfect. Considering the price of 69.00 EUR, I expected more attention to detail.
