The massage therapist seemed quite inexperienced. The technique was inconsistent, different parts of the body were massaged in completely different ways, which made the treatment feel unstructured rather than relaxing. One thing that stood out was the leg massage technique. The strokes were mostly done downward instead of upward along the lymphatic system, which is generally not how the massage flow is usually supposed to be. Because of this, the massage didn’t feel very effective or professional. Overall, the session felt a bit improvised rather than performed with a clear method or strong training
