The staff was simply wonderful and the masseuse very experienced and made me very comfortable (and relaxed). Even though the facilities are extremely beautiful, they are also too small, which resulted to the place being quite crowded and did not have a calming atmosphere: the relaxing area is in an attic, which is open to the atrium/ lounge, so it was a bit difficult to disconnect and relax. Finally, cleanliness was not at its best.
I would recommend this place to anyone who’s into Art Deco (again, such a beautiful building!) and kudos to the staff for their friendliness, though one visit is more than enough.

There was one person running the whole spa, she was overwhelmed from work and thus really unhelpful. The spa was relatively dirty, the towels were old. The tanning bed was in a room with no door; the bed itself was covered in hair. My foot is not stepping in there again for sure.

Positive: location, price. Negative: size and lack of facilities, too many visitors at the same time, crowded, almost loud atmosphere, people constantly talking in sauna, without staff making sure atmosphere is peaceful, staff doesn't smile.
