I had a good experience at this salon two months ago, but my recent visit was disappointing. They were smoking inside and the technician had a strong smell of cigarettes on her hands. She didn't clean my face and left in the middle of the procedure without explanation. The next technician tried to continue but left my eyebrows almost unchanged, not removing the hair or trimming the edges. She didn't ask for my preferences. This decline in service quality and hygiene means I won't be back...

I recently visited this nail salon and overall, I had a positive experience, meriting a solid four-star rating. The staff were incredibly welcoming, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Although the service felt a bit rushed. This didn’t detract significantly from the quality of the nail treatment, which was done skillfully, but a bit more time to ensure everything was perfect would have enhanced the experience.

margaritha explained very clearly about the laser treatments and how it works, what to expect, etc. the laser treatment itself took all of 3 minutes and was completely painless
