I’ve come here a few times a year for a few years with my friend and unfortunately I don’t think I will return. My attendant was rushed and acting very erratic/panicked the whole appointment. When we arrived we were left we burning water running and had to stop it ourselves and remove our feet from the water. The clipping of my cuticles was very agressive and not careful as I was cut and bleeding twice (which continues to burn 6+ hours after my appointment). When shaving the callouses she was not paying close attention and I had to tell her she was shaving my soft skin on the back of my heel into a burn and that it hurt. She finished quickly and I wanted to stay in the chair next to my friend to talk until she finished (she got a proper foot massive and I did not) - during this time my attendant came back to wash the station and tools while I was still there which meant I had to stand and wait for my friend to be done. Given prices have gone up and quality has gone down I will not return. On multiple occasions I was in pain today and I don’t even think she noticed or cared.
