Atmosphere and employee were really nice. However, the waxing was poor from the wax used and execution. Starting off using cold wax with stripes for a bikini zone is not ideal as it's way more painful and inefficient. Since she was super friendly I asked her to use hot wax instead but that was not hot at all with the effect that most of the hair didn't get out or broke. Since I could see having significant amount of hair left she went over it again with stripes.I went with baby hair left.
