Very clean and friendly but they really thinned my nails when removing the shellac that was there, making my nails so brittle and painful. Shellac started coming off within 6 days

What did I expect from this highly rated salon? Quality and aesthetics. The color is very good. But I don't have to tell the master that the nails are crooked and the gel has run to one side.
Although the master was really turning those nails, watching, but she was very upset. As far as I've seen on Instagram, these are just the most perfect nails. You can't compare with reality. I do not write offensive comments. But this time it is impossible.
Because there is simply no esthetics, smoothness, and sometimes there is a lack of gel. The result should have been better for the price. And I got chipped, unfinished nails covered with gel. I will mention that it is necessary to sterilize the tools after the next client. But after sitting in the chair and when the master took (scissors for handling the skins) she just rounded them (I don't even know with what).

3rd times a charm? I've consistently been met with poor attitudes and a real distaste for good customer service, with only my 2nd out of 3 visits being a positive experience. Probably my fault for trying again, but I'm hopeful and the salon is on my street so convenience got me again :/.
I was so excited to get my nails done for my birthday and even reserved a spot for a full set of designs to do a little extra for the special day. Everything was going well until it was time to pick a BIAB colour where things started to shift. Looking for the right transparent nude (you know the look), one of the sisters doing my nails tried a few different pinks that weren't quite right. We found a beautiful nude, then she didn't have enough to complete my nails in the bottle. Sure, we'll go with the second-best option but after simply asking if they can get that or similar colours for future visits I received the response, "maybe, our most popular colours are the light pinks and lighter nudes." to which I responded, "I understand, but it would be great if people of different skin tones can also enjoy true nude nails." I got another "maybe". Cool, I guess but I wasn't aware 1-2 bottles of BIAB were at such a premium that restocking an empty bottle you're advertising was a hardship. Not inclusive, noted.
Once she started applying the "second-best" option I took a quick look to see what the colour looked like when cured for the first time and she told me sternly to give her my hand and that she will tell me when to look at my nails at the end, and I cannot look at my nails at all until she's done. From there we calmly argued back and forth because the audacity for someone speak to anyone like that, let alone tell them what they can and cannot do with their hands while paying for a service is out of this world. She mentioned, "you're paying for a service, not to look" and honey, I'm paying for a GOOD service. There are far too many salons in Rotterdam and Holland alone to repeatedly deal with someone's nasty attitude. Obviously at that point I was so disgusted I canceled the designs to get out of her chair as soon as possible. If you hate what you do and don't care about customers, it shows. But don't punish people looking for a great experience and a relaxing trip to the salon because you don't actually give the good treatment you advertise on your site. Do better.
