The salon and the ambiance is perfect, really friendly and hygienic place. I had a Brazilian waxing with elena before and it was perfect. But this time with an another technician, it was the most painful waxing experience ever in my life I was about the cry, it never happens. also, after we have done, a few hairs were still there it can be shown really clear. Also now I have too many acnes and ingrown roots there. She was a nice and lovely person but the work is unfortunately not good
