I believe because they are too busy, my pedicure was done quite fast. There wasn’t much attention to detail. That affects the cleanliness as well. I felt the goal was to get it done with and move to the next customer. For a quick solution, could be considered but I personally would not book another appointment again.

No service at all! Polish comes off after one or two days. Not one time but many too many times. I regret I gave it a try for too many times and wasted my money on this. Besides that no one seems happy there. Well I am happy I found another salon with another old customer from Smart Beauty lab. We wish them all the best and hopefully they will learn something about nails and customer service.
