I received a subpar BIAB manicure. Already at day 7, the polish was thinning at my cuticles and fingertips, and my nails have looked worse every day since. Usually, it's at the 3-week point that the nails begin to look like they need to be refreshed. I started going to Smart Beauty Lab in May 2024 and would receive an amazing BIAB manicure from Irina each time. Trusting that I would receive an excellent manicure at Smart Beauty Lab, although Irina seems to no longer work there, I went ahead and booked an appointment with someone who was available. It turns out that it was Irina, not Smart Beauty Lab, that made manicures there stand out. I've tried to contact the salon to speak with them and give them my feedback, but no one answered the phone, and the system didn't allow me to leave a message.
