My experience was awful. Attendant spoke no English or Dutch so communication was impossible unless the receptionist was called to assist. Twice she hurt my toes while removing the gel polish. I told her to go easy. Next thing, she split one of my toe nails open. Was shocked cuz I’ve thick healthy nails & hair…her response to her mistake was that my feet are “too sensitive.” Wow! She “fixed” the split through gel polish but ofc it’s not fixed. I was still charged the full €65. Never again!
