SOLSTICE is a tranquil and safe space designed to help you relax and unwind. From the moment you enter, you’ll feel supported—able to calm your mind and body and fully surrender to the treatment. Warm ambient lighting, a heated massage table, natural oils, and the attentive care of your therapist create the perfect environment to reconnect your mind and body—something often lost in today’s busy world. By focusing on your breath and slowing your thoughts, you can temporarily switch off from the outside world.

Brands and Products The salon uses the Earthlite Spirit massage table, ideal for both regular massages and pregnancy treatments thanks to its removable sling. Massages are performed using Earthlite Natural Nut massage oil, with nut-free alternatives available upon request. The restroom is stocked with Marie Stella Maris products and fresh single-use hand towels.

Experience Dana, the owner and therapist, is a Remedial Massage Therapist based in Amsterdam for eight years, originally from Canada. She completed a two-year, 2200-hour program at the Massage Therapy College of Manitoba, with strong emphasis on anatomy, physiology, and practical skills. Dana has been practicing professionally since 2012 across North America and Europe, specializing in Swedish and Pregnancy massage treatments.

The studio features a professional pregnancy massage table with full belly and breast support, allowing safe, comfortable treatments even lying face down. Over 50% of clients visit during pregnancy, and Dana has specialized in pregnancy massage for over five years.

Each treatment is fully customizable after a brief consultation, ensuring comfort and personalized care.

Location and Access The studio is located in Amsterdam West, at Groen van Prinstererstraat 65-H. It’s easily accessible by tram with the nearest stop at Van Hallstraat, about a 7-minute walk from the studio. Paid street parking is available nearby.

Additional Information Please arrive on time but not more than 5 minutes early, as the door may still be locked. The studio operates as a single-room boutique with no waiting area, so guests cannot be accommodated. Appointments are one-on-one with Dana. Cancellations or changes require at least 24 hours’ notice.
